Jon Hammond Schlepps This 1965 FENDER Twin Reverb with factory JBL Speakers everywhere and picks it up like it's light as a toothpick (it is not)! Jon's Twin Reverb amp formerly belonged to John McFee guitarist of The Doobie Brothers when he was in CLOVER and FLYING CIRCUS, see FLYING CIRCUS stencil still on top of the Twin. This amp has played Fillmore Auditorium several times with John McFee and Jon Hammond Band opened for The SONS OF CHAMPLIN at Fillmore Auditorium for Bill Graham Presents June 4, 1999 as heard on HammondCast 43
After playing Hammond Organ 7 nights a week for 2 1/2 years in Mafia Strip Tease Clubs in Boston's COMBAT ZONE on Washingtong St. Jon Hammond went on to play with LOU COLOMBO for 2 1/2 years in the exclusive Wychmere Harbor Club and Thompson's Clam Bar in Harwich Port MA Cape Cod and developed a lasting friendship with Thomas 'TIP' O'Neill Speaker of The House and his loyal friend of many years LEO DIEHL
Jon Hammond also plays Guitar here he is with his 1957 Gibson CF-100 like Leon Redbone's guitar, very rare and Jon's 1964 Blond FENDER Band-Master Amp with Blond Reverb Unit
After Jon Hammond's Giulietti Accordion was stolen from his apartment in Boston by a break and entry burglary Jon got a CORDOVOX Super V Accordion Organ and now plays Excelsior Accordions Exclusively
